Step by step
- Speak to Veronica outside Draynor Manor and enter the manor.
- Find Professor Oddenstein on the upper floor; he needs an oil can, pressure gauge, and rubber tube.
- Solve the basement lever and door puzzle to reach the oil can.
- Use poisoned fish food on the manor fountain, then retrieve the pressure gauge.
- Find the key and enter the locked room for the rubber tube.
- Give all three parts to Oddenstein, then speak to Veronica after Ernest is restored.
The game journal confirms quest completion and the first conversation. Game progress can take up to five minutes to appear while you are logged in. Mark the remaining steps as you do them; the game does not save every substep.
